Brett and Associates is run by Dennis Brett, a Chartered Building Consultant (MCIOB) with over 40 years in construction. We are Corporate Members of the Chartered Institute of Building, the leading professional body for the construction industry. Because we survey buildings for a living, we can make a firm offer quickly without surprises later.
